Dear Plaza-Irvine Residents,
Please be reminded that Cox Communications must speak with a Resident within your unit before the installation date on 2/15/12. As of today, they have only heard from 50% of our Residents. If you have not already contacted a Cox, even if you will only be using the basic communication services, please do so at your earliest opportunity (but no later than 02/13/12) at 949-546-5999.
Cox Communications has two remaining dates to meet with the Residents on-site to discuss programming options and to take pre-orders:
Wednesday, 2/8 2:00pm – 4:00pm
Saturday, 2/11 10:00am – 12:00 noon
Please be sure to stop by the Tower II Club Room during any of the above listed dates to meet with a Cox Communications representative to ensure that you receive the desired level of communications services on the upcoming transition date of 02/15/12.

Two of the Business Center computers have had their print driver issues resolved and are in service. Please note that the middle computer is going to require the assistance of an outside computer consultant that is scheduled for Tuesday, February 7, 2012.
